My appt was at 9:00 am. Got seen at 10:10am the whole appt took 5min.
When I finally got in. Which I didn’t go in to ask for one. He addressed the colonoscopy I had. Never addressed the prime reason I was there for. Constipation and bloating. The first appt he said I needed a colonoscopy. I asked is that going to find out why I have my issues. He said yes. Back to the follow up appt. I asked him what about my constipation and bloating. He said take more fiber. But just before I asked my question his cell phone rang and he answered it in the middle of my appt ON speaker phone because I heard noise coming from his phone. I heard the other persons voice. Just awful!!! I’m still in the dark on why i got my issues. So I guess I’ll ask google. And the Dr hate it when we self diagnose I wonder why we do. I’m left with a WOW!!!! Useless

Dr. Vijaya Kaila is by far one of the BEST GI specialists I have ever seen. Her bedside manner and attentiveness in listening to and addressing my issues are truly outstanding. During my very first visit, she assured me that she would solve my problem — and she did exactly that!

Sometimes it's hard to wait an hour before you can get called back sometimes longer but as far as his professionalism and insight I star his performance I've seen him for 6 years now
